The whole NJIS faculty has already had their first aid certification and as part of our service to the NJIS community, we are arranging a First Aid training for NJIS parents, conducted in English, on Saturday, March 11th from 08.00 - 12.00.

We encourage you to come along and learn how to perform first aid for accidents, cuts, burns, and every other possible misadventure that might cause our kids harm. These are important skills for every parent to acquire and we have 30 seats available on a first come, first served basis.

Save the Dates! NJIS is running a film workshop leading to a short film festival for High School kids. The workshop will be a filmmaking course by French, Indonesian, and US filmmakers (including a cinematographer who works with HBO) and after the workshop, students will have a month to prepare an original short film on one of the themes provided with prize money for the winners of various categories. We are tentatively expecting an LA based producer to be one of the coaches and judges; TBC. Please send us a message to be sent the sign up details and rules and save the date!

Summer is coming and we are excited to announce that we will once again be able to have Summer School at NJIS. We have four courses available this summer break, 3 of which will be held on site.

In a collaboration with Harvard Student Agencies, New York University and Learn with Leaders, North Jakarta Intercultural School presents the Mini MBA Program conducted for worldwide high school students.

Students will get an exceptional opportunity to strategize on a business plan and submit it to real investors.

Yesterday was our Code and STEM day at NJIS. Students from across the school engaged in solving real-world STEM challenges using coding, robotics, science, engineering, and mathematics. At NJIS, our mission is to equip students with "the 21st century skills and knowledge needed to find new solutions for our world".
